All digital products, such as knitting patterns, are delivered via email or direct download immediately after purchase. For any physical products (if applicable), orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. For physical items:
Domestic Shipping: approx. 1-7 business days
International Shipping: approx. 5-14 business days
​Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs and duties may apply depending on your country's laws. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided for your order, you will receive it via email after your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking is not always available for international orders.

Mou Mou Knits is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance processes, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package and ensuring it arrives as quickly as possible.

Digital Products (Knitting Patterns)
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on knitting patterns once they have been downloaded. Please ensure you review the product details carefully before making a purchase. If you experience issues with downloading or accessing your pattern, please contact us at moumouknits@gmail.com for assistance.

Physical Products
For physical products, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at moumouknits@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product, please follow the return process, and once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
